I can´t believe the summer is gone and we already have September! Although – officially – we still have summer, weather like it doesn’t feel that way. For me the fall starts with cold mornings and the time when you can´t go barefoot any longer.
I am a summer lover by the definition but I am kind of looking forward to the fall. My favorite of all fall months definitely is September. Here three reasons why.
Wonderful coloring of the nature
In no other season the nature is so beautiful with its colorful leaves and trees as it is this time around. Best time to go for long walks through the wine yards. So beautiful! And perfect time for catching some extraordinary pictures. Just by collecting colorful leaves you can make a classy picture for your Instagram.
Start of the knitwear and cashmere season
After months of wearing summer dresses and bikinis I guess everyone is happy to get into the warm, cuddly knitwear. And as I love cashmere I am so much looking forward to getting my favorite pieces out now!
Time of fashion weeks and new trends
We are all looking forward to switching the wardrobe – aren´t we? It is always exciting to see what will fall bring us. Ruffles, leggings, new colors… Can´t wait for the Vienna fashion week, which is taking place the upcoming weekend.
The final and the biggest reason why I love September is my birthday. On September 15th I am a one big happy girl.
The perfect September look I am wearing here is a simple combination of jeans and my favorite cashmere piece. I like it simple and warm. Don´t need more.
My favorite brands when it comes to cashmere sweaters are Allude and Princess goes Hollywood, as they have premium and super soft quality. I have several sweaters I bought years ago and I still wear them. The quality just lasts and lasts.
I selected a few looks for you and you can find them in the links below.
I hope you found some inspiration for this month and I would love to hear from you what is your favorite season and why? Enjoy this lovely month of September my lovelies!
